We are looking for a highly motivated Trainer to build and deliver comprehensive development programs to our internal teams. This is a key role in the company as we are growing rapidly and the continued development and growth of our team is paramount.
The Trainer will design, build, and deliver the training program for all new members of the team. Training topics will range from sales processes, product introductions, industry knowledge, technical skills, and soft skills.
The Training and Development specialist will be able to leverage internal and external experts in the development and delivery of the training program, and will be evaluated on the effectiveness of the company’s sales and consulting efforts.
